Students and researchers in the Faculty of Science are fueled by curiosity, discovery and a drive to tackle some of the most urgent challenges facing Alberta and the world. Our focus on collaborative, interdisciplinary research at the intersection of environmental, social and data sciences develops future leaders able to address critical issues related to rapid global change.  This priority falls under four areas of focus for the University of Calgary.
