Graduate Assistantships

Students who do not hold a major award will be offered a graduate assistantship teaching appointment.

Duties include lab preparation, lab assistance, marking, attending meetings and exam supervision. Students are generally offered assistanships in the fall and winter terms. The majority of their research will take place in the spring term. For continued funding, students are expected to maintain a satisfactory academic performance. Students also need excel in their assistantship duties.
