Professor Sharon Mascher spoke at the Environmental Law Centre's "Green Regs 'n Ham" event in Edmonton.
Professor Sharon Mascher spoke this morning at the Environmental Law Centre's "Green Regs 'n Ham" event in Edmonton. The focus of this event was to discuss the impacts of a broadly applied carbon tax in Alberta. Professor Mascher's research is focused on legal issues relating to climate change law, environmental law, property law and laws affecting Indigenous peoples. Her current research is focused on the design of climate change mitigation legislation and liability for climate change damage.
