These awards recognize the great work our Graduate Teaching Assistants are doing in our classrooms. The following awards are adjudicated by different departments within the faculty. To learn more about each, please read the Terms of Reference below. Inquires about nominations should be directed to the specific departments which oversee them.
- Dr. Don F. Tavares Graduate Teaching Award (Chemistry)
- Fred A. McKinnon Graduate Teaching Award (Computer Science and Mathematics & Statistics)
- Jim and Josie Gray Award (Biological Sciences and Earth, Energy, and Environment)
- Alumni Association Award (Physics and Astronomy)
The Faculty of Science Awards Committee adjudicates one doctoral award. Nomination, submission, and eligibility requirements can be found in the Terms of References.
These awards are open for submission, with a submission deadline of May 29, 2024
