Core Facilities: Chemical Instrumentation Facility (CIF)

Our Vision

The Chemistry Instrumentation Facility (CIF) envisions fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation on and off campus through the integration of cutting-edge research tools and expertise. Our goal is to advance the creation, characterization, and application of novel materials, facilitate collective learning, and serve as a hub for breakthroughs that lead to sustainable solutions and transformative scientific progress.

A key part of our mandate is to prepare work-ready students for the future through comprehensive hands-on training opportunities. By equipping students with practical technical knowledge and skills, we not only enhance their overall educational experience but also ensure they stand out as strong, qualified candidates in a competitive workforce after graduation.
