Professor presents at Determining Access conference

Professor Sharon Mascher presented at the Determining Access: Theory and Practice in Implementing Indigenous Governance over Lands and Resources conference on February 16, giving the talk Intersections between Environmental Law and Indigenous Governance of Aboriginal Title. Sharon's presentation examined how Indigenous governance relates to sustainability and inter-generational equity and also the restrictions placed on the uses of Aboriginal title lands by the title doctrine. The conference was held at Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia.
