Congratulations to Dr. Nick Jordan and Dr. Hans Osthoff on their recent publication
We developed a state-of-the-art spectroscopic instrument based on absorption pathlength enhancement of 6 km from a 1 m long optical cavity and absorption of light between 480 and 530 nm.
The instrument quantified nitrogen dioxide (NO2), an important criteria pollutant and a key atmospheric nitrogen oxide species, in the laboratory and in the field. This instrument combines principles that can lead to the measurement of NO2 free of chemical interference."
