Events, Communications and Marketing Request

The Faculty of Science Advancement Team (Communications & Development and Alumni Engagement) provides a range of resources to faculty and staff related to news and information, fund development and sponsorship, marketing, web and event management, branding and design assistance, and advertising. As well, the Student Engagement team provides a range of resources, events and activities for students as they navigate their university experience.

If you have identified a need and support for marketing, events or student related activities, please complete the following request form to start the process of working together. Once the team receives your request, we will schedule a conversation to learn more about your project, objectives and determine next steps. This will help us keep track of requests and needs within the Faculty.

We will review your request and someone from our team will reach out to you within 2-3 business days.

Consult the Risk Management website regularly for any updates related to planning events and conferences.
