Dr. Doug Brown, PhD, intends to re-purpose plastic that has been diverted from the landfill and turn it into building material
Dr. Doug Brown, Vice President of Research and Product Development, has been awarded a $1 million dollar research grant to use plastics that are diverted from the Cochrane landfill to create a new building material. The material is a fire-resistant magnesium oxide cement board and insulation foam intended to build safer homes and reduce fires and their impact. To read the full article click here.
