Professor Rudiger Tscherning has published “Construction Disputes in Major Infrastructure Deliveries: Lessons from the United Kingdom for the Introduction of Statutry Adjudication in Canada” in 18 Asper Rev Int'l Bus & Trade L 71.
It is one of the first academic works to examine the new construction dispute adjudication mechanism in Canadian construction law and infrastructure delivery and critically discusses the UK experience of construction adjudication, which has been in operation since 1996.
